Congratulations to Ms. Serenity Keona Allison.  Recipient of the Sparkman Thomas and Dr. Bessie Reece Educational Scholarship Serenity Keona Marie Allison, born to Jaunita Harden and Kenneth Allison on 3/12/2005.


She was born 3lbs 9 oz. Serenity loves the Lord and her family. She enjoys going to church, reading, making YouTube videos and writing music and singing and dancing with her two younger brothers. Anytime she gets to spend time with her family she’s her happiest. Serenity started a YouTube channel in 2020 to highlight her many of talents and loves.


Serenity has released her own music on all music platforms, but is now changing her music up to just Spiritual uplifting music so that she can share her relationship with God with the World. Serenity has been a straight A student her whole life. She graduated from McCluer North High school May of 2023. Where she ranked in the top 20 of her graduating class.


Serenity finished school early and worked at McDonald’s where she has worked her way up the corporate ladder and became Manager in 1 short year. Serenity’s childhood was fun but she faced two hard deaths losing her two very best friends and role models her grandmother Bernice Harden (Poohdah) in December 2015 and her mother Juanita Harden in December 2022. We Salute this young lady and wish her great success at Lindenwood University.
